1. Terms

By accessing this Academy, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Academy are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Academy's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the Academy's website are provided 'as is'. CloudRock Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the Academy be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Academy's website, even if the Academy or an authorized contact of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Academy's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CloudRock Academy does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. CloudRock Academy may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The Academy does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

CloudRock academy has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Academy of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

CloudRock Academy may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Academy's website shall be governed by the laws of the Academy Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions

9. Support

All CloudRock Academy students are eligible for free support provided by email. Support can be contacted using a Contact Form or emailing directly.  

While CloudRock Academy makes every effort to ensure high quality and fast support, sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to get a reply from Support. Most times during the day user can expect an answer from CloudRock Academy Support within a few hours.

In case of any bugs/errors found by users, CloudRock Academy Support makes all efforts to fix those errors/bugs.

CloudRock Academy reserves the right to limit or cancel support in the following situations:

  • unreasonable behavior by the client; such as bad language, racism, etc.;
  • continued/repeating (server) issues that cannot (or should not) be resolved by CloudRock Academy;
  • the client is not cooperative in providing additional details on the issues raised.

 

10. Refund Policy and Payment Liability

Refunds: CloudRock Academy offers a full money-back guarantee for a period of 14 days after purchase. In case of a refund, the student’s account will be completely deleted and any progress made will be lost. 

In order to get a refund, the student must:

  • contact CloudRock Academy Support and explain a reason for a refund;
  • give CloudRock Academy a possibility to fix an error or correct an issue if the reason for a refund is something within the means of CloudRock Academy to fix.

In case CloudRock Academy cannot fix the error/issue and the student met all requirements above, the user can ask for a full refund (excluding any possible transaction costs).

After the 14-day full Refund window has expired, Students shall not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances. 

Payment Liability: Students shall be financially liable to Pay in Full by the Due Date all payments related to their purchase from CloudRock Academy after the 14-day full Refund window has expired. 

Student’s Default: In the event that a Student defaults on any of its obligation under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, its payment obligations, CloudRock may, after giving seven (7) days email notice, suspend its performance of services under this Agreement until the default is cured. Student waives any and all claims against CloudRock Academy for any such suspension. In the event that any balance due hereunder is referred for collection, reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection costs shall be added to the balance due and payable to CloudRock Academy by the Student.

Grace Period: Students wishing to discontinue the course due to financial hardship shall be granted an initial 90-day grace period during which payments may be suspended. Student access to all course materials and support shall also be suspended. After the 90 day grace period has expired and the student has not contacted us to re-instate their account, their student access shall be deleted and any progress shall be lost. Students shall be financially liable for making Full Payment to CloudRock Academy after their Grace Period has expired.

11. Termination

We have the right to terminate your access to any or all of our products and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion, discontinue the products, website or services or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the products, website or services.

12. Copyright and Ownership

 The student may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any CloudRock Academy products and services, modified or unmodified. All products and services are and remain the property of CloudRock Academy except where the ownership clearly lies with other parties (such as for third-party libraries). CloudRock Academy respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us about the matter.

13. Payments

Payments may be completed through the PayPal, Stripe, Kajabi or Thrivecart payment system. We do not store or share any personal information associated with a payment (like Credit Card number, owner, or expiration date). Some information available in PayPal, Stripe, Kajabi and Thrivecart is stored on PayPal/Stripe/Kajabi/Thrivecart as part of the transaction history.

If a Payment Plan Option is selected, a periodic payment will be automatically created in PayPal/Stripe for the duration of the payment plan. You can cancel this payment plan directly in PayPal or in your CloudRock Academy account.

The exact price to be charged is calculated automatically using prices from the sales page and provided billing information.

The final charge, including all taxes, will be displayed before the order is made. The amount of VAT, which may be added to the charge, is 20% of the total billing amount and will be added depending on the location and legal entity of the purchaser. According to the European Union Council Directive 2006/112/EC, 20% VAT will be added if the purchaser

  • is from Lithuania
  • is from within the European Union and does not have a European VAT ID

Once payment is complete, you will receive a VAT Invoice with CloudRock Academy company details.
