CloudRock Academy offers a full money-back guarantee for a period of 14 days after purchase. In case of a refund, the student’s account will be completely deleted and any progress made will be lost.
In order to get a refund, the student must:
contact CloudRock Academy Support and explain a reason for a refund;
give CloudRock Academy a possibility to fix an error or correct an issue if the reason for a refund is something within the means of CloudRock Academy to fix.
In case CloudRock Academy cannot fix the error/issue and the student meets all requirements above, the user can ask for a full refund (excluding any possible transaction costs).
After the 14-day full Refund window has expired, Students shall not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
