Account Management

How can I reset my password?

Visit the login page, click "Forgot Password," enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

How can I update my credit card details?

Log in, navigate to "Billing Information" under your account settings, and update your credit card details.

How do I change my email address associated with the account?

Go to your account settings, select "Email," update your email address, and save the changes.

Can I transfer my course access to another account?

Course access is typically non-transferable. Please contact customer support for assistance: info@cloudrockacademy.com

Course Access & Navigation

I've purchased the course, but can't access the content. What should I do?

Ensure you’re logged in with the correct account. If issues persist, contact us at info@cloudrockacademy.com

How do I navigate between different modules and lessons?

Use the course dashboard to view modules and click on lesson titles to access them.

Can I download course materials for offline access?

Yes, we provide module and lesson materials for you to download. Videos are not yet available to download.

Billings & Payment

How can I view my billing history or download invoices?

Visit "Purchase History" in your account settings to view and download invoices. You should also receive invoices from us after each payment. Please let us know if you're not receiving them at info@cloudrockacademy.com

How can I get a refund?

CloudRock Academy offers a full money-back guarantee for a period of 14 days after purchase. In case of a refund, the student’s account will be completely deleted and any progress made will be lost. 

In order to get a refund, the student must:

  • contact CloudRock Academy Support and explain a reason for a refund;

  • give CloudRock Academy a possibility to fix an error or correct an issue if the reason for a refund is something within the means of CloudRock Academy to fix.

In case CloudRock Academy cannot fix the error/issue and the student meets all requirements above, the user can ask for a full refund (excluding any possible transaction costs).

After the 14-day full Refund window has expired, Students shall not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

Can I switch to a different payment plan?

Not all courses provide payment plans. Should you have purchased a course via a payment plan and wish to change it, please contact us to discuss options: info@cloudrockacademy.com

Course Completion & Certificates

Will I receive a course completion certificate?

We do not award course completion certificates.

I completed the course, but my progress isn't showing 100%. What should I do?

Ensure all lessons completed. Sometimes, they require you to click on the Complete button. If that does not work, try logging out and then in again to see if it refreshes your stats. If issues persist, contact us on contact us at info@cloudrockacademy.com and we will look into it for you.

This is a complete course. Should we add any extra information to the program, you will receive an announcement as new content becomes available.
